Returns or Exchange Procedures

All products from Wheels and Caps have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases!

Any unused and uninstalled items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and a 20%  restocking fee will be applied to the returned item(s).
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse items being returned that are older than 30 days from the date of purchase.
The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with reconditioning of unsellable parts returned. Keep in mind that some parts may not be able to be reconditioned, therefore, would be nonreturnable.
We will not accept any parts being returned that have been installed, damaged or altered by you.
You must contact our Customer Support Team here for a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging.

eBay returns cannot be processed through this website. If you have an eBay return, please contact (813) 313-5030, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or directly through the eBay.com website.

DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! We request that you notify us immediately so a damage claim can be started with UPS and a replacement can be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if an item has been installed. Also, Wheels and Caps will not accept any item that has been installed.

DO NOT INSTALL ANY INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS! If for any reason you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. If it is deemed the error was our fault, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for the return of the incorrect item. It will be emailed to you and may land in your “Junk” folder, so please check this folder as well. Keep in mind we are not able to take back installed items even if we have made the error in shipping the wrong part.

Full credit will be issued if:

Wrong merchandise is received except where ordered incorrectly.
Merchandise is damaged during shipping.
Merchandise is defective.
Merchandise does not fit your vehicle properly even though fitment was approved by Wheels and Caps.

If the above conditions are not met:

Credit will be given, less all freight charges incurred.
Wheels that have been mounted on your vehicle cannot be returned.
