Processing of Orders
Wheels and Caps is part of a large corporation with warehouses across the nation. This convenience ensures your product will ship from the closest stocked location so you will receive your item as quickly as possible. We do not offer customer pick-up. Our warehouses do not have administrative staff to assist walk-in customers.
Packages are shipped via UPS Domestic Ground service with free insurance, which takes 1-6 business days under normal circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control, such as those due to inclement weather and holidays.
If you require a signature for your package, please note that information when you place your order. Otherwise, UPS will deliver without obtaining a signature and you will be liable for the delivery. Please note: UPS will not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes. Wheels and Caps will ship only to the address used originally on the order during checkout. This address cannot be changed after the order has been submitted, no exceptions.
Orders are processed as they are received, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Order processing may take up to 24-48 hours after receipt, not including weekends or holidays. Please allow one additional business day for a more accurate delivery timeframe.
UPS Shipping Options
- UPS GROUND: Delivery takes typically 1-5 business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
* * * All items are shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS cannot, and will not, deliver to APO, FPO or PO Boxes. An actual, physical street address must be provided for shipping purposes.
If your item needs to be shipped outside the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), we recommend using a company such as BONGOUS.com to receive competitive international shipping rates. These companies will set up a shipping address within the United States, to which your item will be shipped and then forwarded. Wheels and Caps is only responsible for shipping your product to the US address. We do not have contact with these third party forwarding companies. We will not be responsible for any returned items from overseas that were shipped incorrectly. If we have found that an item has been shipped incorrectly from our warehouses, we will issue a UPS return label for the U.S. shipping address.
- Wheels will be shipped 1 wheel per box.
- Wheel covers will be shipped 1-4 pieces per box, as necessary.
- TPMS sensors will be packaged containing 1-4 pieces per padded envelope.

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own U.S. address. Once you have a U.S. address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other U.S. based online retailers. Refuse the shipment if there is obvious shipping damage. If the package has been left at your door, or you have already accepted the package, do not throw away the packaging as it is the only way to claim there has been shipping damage. Contact UPS Claims immediately at (800) 742-5877 and the carrier will send a representative to examine the packaging; then will return the product to us.
At that time, we request you also contact Wheels and Caps here to get a Return Authorization Number allocated to your return. If available, a replacement will be shipped to you.
